@Paulina Arteaga do you pay attention or watch the show at all?? It's clear that Nikki is happier and less stressed with Arten than she was with John. When she was with John, she felt like everything had to be a certain way and felt like she had to put off what she really wanted, a family just to be with John. It was clear that although she seemed to have loved him, she knew that she had to move on from him in order to be happy and live the life she wanted without having to put anything on hold. Hell even Brie and Daniel had some issues with John, they both thought he was too uptight and serious, they even made fun of him a few times for it. Nikki seems happy and stress free now with Artem. Artem allows her to be herself and removes any doubt or nerves she has about things, Artem was an upgrade
